SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a system for context-sensitive medical recommendations. System comprises a recommendation engine and a user interface to issue recommendations. Engine defines at least one suggested recommendation in accordance with medical guidance and context in response to a first input signal, indicating an examination result on a patient's medical image. User interface displays the suggested at least one recommendation, which can be selected as the second input signal, on the display device.

EFFECT: technical effect consists in the possibility of improving the efficiency of medical diagnostics due to rapid indication of context-sensitive recommendations to a medical specialist based on medical images and related context analysis.
