SUBSTANCE: invention relates to press for production of tobacco bales, which includes press-chamber and pressing mechanism, wherein pressing mechanism consists of a lever system in form of double-arm lever, articulated with one side with hydraulic jack and counterweight, and on other - with a press plate, hinged support of double-arm lever is fixed on attachment to support.

EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of design and reduction of stress during extraction of bales and facilitates its removal.
