FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, surgery. Epithelial coccygeal passage is excised. In 2 cm from median line throughout the whole length of wound two parallel incisions of own fascia, covering medial edges of large gluteal muscles, are made. Fibers of large gluteal muscles are intersected in place of attachment to sacral bone on both sides parallel to previously arranged fascia cuts. Mobilized muscle flaps are drawn, replacing defect of soft tissues. Drain tube is installed in wound bottom for active aspiration of wound secretion. Wound is sutured in layers.
EFFECT: method enables reducing frequency of postoperative complications and reduces length of disability.
