SUBSTANCE: invention provides noncombustible cold-hardening polymer compositions with filler in the form of hollow microspheres, which are intended for local reinforcements of structures in fastening mounting and end sealing zones as well as for filling interstices in polymer composite parts, including repair operations. Compositions contain resol phenol-formaldehyde resin, hardener (sulfophenolurea-formaldehyde- orthophosphoric acid reaction product), plasticizer (mixture of dioxane alcohols and their high-boiling ethers), and filler (hollow microspheres).
