FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and consists in pharmaceutical composition, which contains core, including desmopressin, penetration promoter and Bowman-Birk inhibitor as agent promoting bioavailability, and polymer coating for targeted desmopressin release in gastrointestinal tract. Penetration promoter is copolymer consisting of 30-80 wt% of C1-C4-alkyl esters of acrylic or methacrylic acid and 70-20 wt% of alkyl(meth)acrylic monomers with quaternary amine group in alkyl radical. Under polymer coating there is layer, synchronizing dissolving of desmopressin and Bowman-Birk inhibitor containing up to 90 wt% of total amount of Bowman-Birk inhibitor. Invention consists in application of agent promoting bioavailability, as filler.
EFFECT: technical result is at least 5 times higher bioavailability of desmopressin.
