FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and consists in gastric-resistant pharmaceutical or nutrient dosage form, which contains core with active ingredient, and coating on the core, which is formed of coating composition containing, at least, 20 WT% of polymer enteric-resistant particles including core and coating, produced by emulsion polymerization process, where either core of particles is formed of water-insoluble uncrosslinked polymer or copolymer and coating of particles is formed of anionic (meth)acrylate copolymer, or vice versa. Invention also relates to said coating composition and use thereof as binding agent, as matrix former and to application of coating to core. Small amount of coating is required to provide resistance to ethanol.
EFFECT: technical result is stability of coating composition in stomach and to effect of ethanol, as well as in uniform distribution of polymers in coating.
