FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: first, the innerliner is attached to the cordene ply of the carcass to form a carcass with an innerliner, and then breaker-strip plies made of steel wire and rubber plies are layered on top of each other to form a blast-proof ply. The assembly machine of the first stage is used to perform the moulding of the frame with the innerliner, the blast-proof ply and the tape to obtain a semi-finished workpiece. Then, using the second stage assembly machine, the semi-finished workpiece and the base of the tread are moulded in the second stage to obtain a workpiece, which is heated and cured for 8-96 hours. Then vulcanized to obtain a bulletproof and blast-proof tire. By moulding in the second stage, the invention solves the problem that the explosion-proof layer is difficult to be moulded due to the extremely hard metal material in the manufacture of the workpiece. In addition, the rubber plies reduce the problem of friction and heat generation between the steel wires, thus achieving the effect of extending the service life.
EFFECT: making tire bullet proof without increasing its weight.
