SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rubber composition with good dispersion of filler. Method comprises preparing a rubber composition based on diene elastomer, filler containing carbon black and inorganic filler containing inorganic filler less or equal to 50 wt% per 100 pts.wt elastomer. Rubber composition contains a crosslinking system, and dispersion of filler in elastomer matrix has a value Z greater than or equal to 80. First mother batch of diene elastomer and carbon black is obtained first. Inorganic filler is introduced into dried first mother batch.
EFFECT: invention reduces hysteresis and improves tear resistance.
