FIELD: biology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molecular biology. Method comprises extraction of preparations of total RNA, production of complementary DNA using reverse transcription reaction on a RNA matrix and subsequent amplification in real time using high-affinity primers for PTEN, CYP1B1 and WMA (reference locus) genes, and also calculation of relative PTEN and CYP1B1 (kPTEN and kCYP1B1) gene expression coefficient by the RT-PCR method. Method exhibits high sensitivity and specificity, its implementation is possible with operating biopsy material; method lasts less than 10 hours.
EFFECT: method is easily reproducible in hospital oncological profile and enables early prediction of recurrent endometrial cancer.
