FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for differential diagnosis of ovarian cancer, ovarian cystic growths and uterine cancer. In urine determined are micro-RNA transcripts hsa-miR-33b-5p, hsa-miR-423-5p and hsa-miR-7-5p. Calculated are relative expression coefficients of micro-RNA hsa-miR-33b-5p (Khsa-miR-33b-5p) and hsa-miR-423-5p (Khsa-miR-423-5p) as ratio of relative expression hsa-miR-33b-5p and hsa-miR-423-5p relative to reference micro-RNA hsa-miR-7-5p. At values Khsa-miR-33b-5p ≤ 1.04*10-7 and Khsa-miR-423-5p ≤ 3.01*10-7, ovarian cancer is diagnosed. At values Khsa-miR-33b-5p ≥ 4.71*10-7 and Khsa-miR-423-5p ≥ 5.11*10-7, ovarian cystic growths are diagnosed. At values Khsa-miR-33b-5p ≥ 12.47*10-5 and Khsa-miR-423-5p ≤ 0.18*10-9, uterine cancer is diagnosed. If the coefficient K is between the above intervals, the obtained result is considered to be uncertain.
EFFECT: method provides non-invasive diagnosis of ovarian cancer, ovarian cystic growths and uterine body cancer by determining micro-RNA transcripts in urine.
