SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telecommunication systems and can be used for streaming video and online games. Telecommunications system for communicating data to and from one or more terminals and a network includes one or more transmitters operable to transmit a first carrier over a first frequency bandwidth and to transmit a second carrier over a second frequency bandwidth. Said one or more transmitters can transmit, in a first period of time, data of a dedicated messaging network (DMN), received by class of terminals of machine type communication (MTC), on first carrier and data received by terminals of second class, having level of complexity higher than that of said terminals of MTS class, on second carrier; as well as to transmit, in a second period of time, located outside the first period, data terminals of second class at first and second carriers in combination, wherein format of transmitting data on first carrier in first period of time is incompatible with format of transmitting data at second carrier in first period of time, and one or more transmitters can transmit, in first period of time, in first carrier, control data, to be received by terminals of second class to provide maintenance of synchronisation of terminals of second class with first carrier during first period of time.

EFFECT: efficient transmission of data without interruptions, high rate of transmitting and larger coverage area.
