FIELD: communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of communication, in particular, to mobile telecommunication systems. Invention discloses data transmitting method in wireless telecommunication system between several base stations and several terminals using several subcarriers with orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM), occupying first frequency band. Method comprises data exchange between first base station and first terminal using several OFDM subcarriers, distributed in first frequency band, data exchange between second base station, geographically separated from first base station, and second terminal using second group of OFDM subcarriers, distributed in second frequency band so, that second frequency band is narrower than first frequency band and located inside first frequency band; and control plane data exchange between first base station and first terminal using combination of first and second groups of OFDM subcarriers. In frequency domain between transmissions frequencies, associated with first base station, and transmissions frequencies, associated with second base station protective areas can be created.

EFFECT: this can help reducing undesirable overlapping of two basic stations transmissions, if, for example, there is frequencies mismatching between them.
