FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used for stabilisation of magnetic properties of magnets of type Sm-Co-Fe-Cu-Zr by partial demagnetisation. Method of partial demagnetisation of nanoheterogeneous high-coercivity magnets of type Sm-Co-Fe-Cu-Zr involves their heating in an inert medium. Prior to heating poles of magnet are closed with a magnetic circuit. Heating magnetised magnet till saturation is carried out to working temperature in range of 875-1,025 K. Cooling from working temperature to 675 K is performed at a rate of 1 K/min.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy and stability of operation of navigation equipment and aircraft automation systems.
