FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: microcirculation parameters are recorded by laser Doppler flowmetry in the bile papilla during gastroduodenoscopy. Active and passive microcirculation mechanism parameters are recorded. Myogenic and neurogenic activity parameters of pre-capillary vessels and sphincters (X1), an influence of blood flow fluctuations synchronised with the respiratory rate (X2), an influence of blood flow fluctuations synchronised with the cardiac rate (X3), the maximum respiratory and slowly varying amplitude ratio (X4), the maximum cardiac and slowly varying amplitude ratio (X5), a microcirculation effectiveness index (X6) are determined. Resultants Y1 and Y2 are calculated by certain formulas. The resultants are correlated. If Y1 is more than Y2, the microcirculation changes specific for bile papilla adenoma are diagnosed. Indications for endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, endocscopic papillosphincterotomy and bile papilla biopsy are stated.

EFFECT: technique enables carrying out the early diagnosing of bile papilla adenoma and identifying indications for surgical interventions by using endoscopic laser Doppler flowmetry, calculating the active and passive microcirculation mechanism parameters, determining the informative signs to be analysed mathematically and correlated.
