FIELD: transport machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rail fastening system for fastening a rail element on a ballast-free track. In rail fastening system (S) for securing rail element (3) on ballast-free track (5) between rail element (3) and ballast-free track (5), intermediate structure (2) is located, by means of which rail element (3) is connected to elastic interaction with ballast-free track (5). Intermediate structure (2) includes only one single elastic element (1; 101) of intermediate layer, which in its cross-section (6) in direction (7A) of its longitudinal propagation (8) and/or in direction (7B) across its longitudinal propagation (8) has variable distribution of elasticity. Ballast-free track (5) includes polyvalent sleeper elements (4), wherein intermediate structure (2) of rail fastening system (S) includes trapezoidal part (41; 141; 241; 341) having solid trapezoid element (40; 140; 240; 340) of intermediate layer, which is located between single elastic element (1; 101) of intermediate layer and sleeper element (4) of ballast-free track (5).

EFFECT: as a result, the rail fastening system on the ballast-free track is simplified at the required elasticity.
