FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molding die molding element for tire tread molding and vulcanization. Technical result is achieved by molding die molding element for molding and vulcanization of tire tread containing tread surface contacting with ground during tire rolling. At that, molding element comprises forming surface intended for part of tire tread surface molding, and blade with length L and height Hc intended for molding of sipes or grooves in tread. Blade has rounded end passing along blade length in direction of length X. At that, molding element comprises two cutting tools arranged on blade both sides at specified distance from blade. At that, each cutting tool at one end has alternating projections and grooves extending in direction of length X. At that, distance from projections to forming surface is exceeding or equal to blade height Hc.
EFFECT: technical result is simplification of coating layer integration with tires tread grooves side surfaces.
