SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and can be used for producing the hybrid polypeptide alternative carcass protein 10-th human fibronectin domain. Recombinant plasmid DNA pEFN877 designed on the basis of plasmid pET20b(+) length 3.654 t.p.o. Obtained plasmid pEFN877 comprises hybrid of gene EFN877 with SEQ ID NO: 8, coding amino acid sequences of esterase P. cryohalolentis K5T, 10-th domain of human fibronectin and autotransporter P. cryohalolentis K5T in a single reading frame, arranged in accordance with fig. 1. Bacterial strain E. coli BL21(DE3)pLysS/pEFN877 is obtained by transformation of competent cells E. coli BL21(DE3)pLysS of plasmid DNA pEFN877.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain cell strain E.coli – producer of hybrid polypeptide with properties of 10-th human fibronectin domain on the cells surface.
