METHOD OF GRANULATED COMBINED FODDERS PRODUCTION BASED ON PEAT Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A23K10/30 A23K20/174 A23K40/10 A23K40/25

Abstract RU 2606082 C1

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production and intended for preparation of fodders for cattle, poultry and fish based on peat and grain with addition of other components and micro additives. Method of granulated fodder production based on peat includes removal of wood and other inclusions from stored peat, peat drying to normal moisture content, introduction of additives, mixture stirring, granulation, drying of granules, their packaging and storage. After peat drying, it is added with from 10 to 50 % of grain crops, produced mass is mixed and extruded at temperature of 100–150 °C. Then obtained product is subjected to crushing, introduction of vitamins and other additives, mixed, performing granulation of mixture, obtained granules are dried and cooled to ambient temperature. At that extrusion, milling and granulating is carried out on extruder, grinder and granulator, made based on internal engagement gear, using in said equipment implementation of method of simultaneous action on mixture of compression and shift in enclosed volume, followed by extrusion through holes in female die, installed on internal engagement gear wheel external surface and consisting of half-rings or segments, tightened to each other and having various thickness and configuration of holes parameters for extrusion, crushing and granulation. Disclosed method can use equipment with single internal engagement gear and with set of female dies for extruder, grinder and granulator.

EFFECT: invention implementation enables higher quality of forage, reducing power consumption and lower costs of fodders.
