FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention discloses method of reactors with air core or parts of reactors with air core impregnation, including following stages: i) manufacturing of reactor with air core or reactor part with air core, ii) application of impregnation system on reactor with air core or reactor part with air core, wherein said impregnation system includes: a) one or several components representing polyphenol polyglycidyl ether; b) one or more plasticizers, selected from polypropylene glycol or polyethylene glycol; c) dicyandiamide and d) one or more accelerators, selected from group including imidazole, imidazole derivatives, urea derivatives and mixtures thereof, iii) hardening of reactor with air core impregnation or reactor part with air core impregnation. Also disclosed is reactor with air core or reactor part subjected to impregnation. Disclosed is application of reactor with air core or reactor parts impregnation system.
EFFECT: technical result consists in producing impregnation system with high cracking resistance and resistance to hydrolysis for reactors with air core.
