FIELD: electrical insulating materials.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a powder coating composition for an electrical machine insulation system, in particular a rotating electrical machine with a rated voltage of at least 500–700 V. Invention also relates to an electrical machine with such an insulation system, as well as a method of producing an insulation system of an electrical machine. Powder coating composition suitable for producing an electrical machine insulation system with a rated voltage of at least 700 V contains at least one curable resin mixture, containing at least one monomer and/or oligomeric component of a thermosetting resin, optionally with an extended chain, selected from novolacs, diglycidyl ethers of bisphenol A and/or bisphenol F, which can also be present in the form of an elongated chain, and additionally contains spherical particles of filler SiO2 with a maximum particle diameter of 100 mcm. Electric machine for high-voltage or low-voltage range contains at least one conductor and insulation system, insulating components of which are at least partially obtained by single or multiple application of the powder coating composition on the insulating components and subsequent curing.
EFFECT: providing a powder coating composition with improved application and degassing properties, thus, better insulating properties, better and/or higher quality of the surface of the insulation system, free from air inclusions and/or pores.
