FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents polypeptide with eliciting activity in terms of immune response to pathogens in plants, representing subtilisin, obtained from Acremonium strictum strain, where such polypeptide has amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 2. Invention relates also to molecule of nucleic acid, coding such polypeptide, microorganism, transformed with such nucleic acid, as well as to composition containing conidia of said microorganism.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of elicitors in terms of immune response to pathogens, used for plants.
