SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Invention represents a wide-spectrum vaccine against avian reovirus that is effective in target birds to reduce infection with avian reovirus. Vaccine contains an antigenic material obtained from reoviruses of two genotypic groups: 1 and 4, according to invention.
EFFECT: this vaccine is effective against all avian reoviruses, homologous or heterologous in relation to a vaccine, including virulent breakthrough strains of last time.
