SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions relates to a method for producing microparticles of a core-crown type, initial material for cosmetic products, an emulsifier, a cosmetic product in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion, and turbid substance. In this method, macromonomer of polyethylene oxide, hydrophobic monomer, and monomer of acrylamide derivative are subjected to radical polymerization without cross-stitching.
EFFECT: obtaining a cosmetic product in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion emulsified with microparticles of a core-crown type having excellent stability of an emulsion, less sticky, creating less sensation of powder or creakiness, as well as perfectly washed with water.
