FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, surgery. Implant for surgical treatment of inflammatory and malignant diseases of spinal column is made of carbon-carbon material. Base has at least one channel filled with drug. Material contains pirocarbon matrix and multi-directional reinforcement frame of rods. Rods contain one or more chemical compounds of group: aluminium oxide, silicon carbide, calcium orthophosphate, calcium pyrophosphate, titanium oxide, titanium carbide, zirconium oxide, zirconium carbide, niobium oxide, niobium carbide, hafnium oxide, hafnium carbide, tantalum oxide, tantalum carbide, tungsten carbide in amount of 0.1–10 % of rod weight. Implant surface is coated with platelet rich blood plasma and/or layer of hydroxyapatite.
EFFECT: implant simplifies patient monitoring in postoperative period with X-ray diagnostic methods because it is X-ray contrast and due to properties close to properties of bone.
