FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in of gas transfer plants development. Gas compressor plant power unit, containing gas-turbine plant (GTP), located in leak-tight compartment, connected to air intake channel, equipped with fan, and with hot air removal air duct, characterized by, that power unit is additionally equipped with heated air extraction air duct, communicating leak-tight compartment with air intake channel upstream of fan.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of GTP reliability at high negative temperatures of ambient air, due to air preheating considering maximum allowable concentration of explosive gases (mixture of protective gas and shielding gas with explosive gases flowing from GTP).
