FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for cornea suturing comprises a laser light source; a scanning device for laser scanning; a patient interface or an applanation cone containing a component to reduce the flux density, adapted to reduce the laser radiation flux density, at that, the component for flux density reduction contains a diffusing component adapted for laser radiation scattering; and a control computer for scanning device control. The control computer is programmed to control the scanner to create a cut in the cornea with a laser light from a laser radiation source for photosensitiser introduction into the cornea or application thereon, and photosensitizer activation by laser radiation from the laser source, reduced by the component for flux density reduction to suture the cornea. The cornea suturing method comprises laser radiation supply from the laser source; laser scanning by the scanning device; and scanning device control.
EFFECT: application of the group of inventions will expand the range of technical means.
