FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns dentistry and can be applied for treating gingival recession. A mucoperiosteal flap is cut out with an elbow incision through the middle of gingival papillae to movable mucosa and an incision on gingival sulcus from the vestibular side. The flap is laid unstrained with overlaying a defect. Thrombocytes with high fibrin content (F.R.P.) are introduced under the flap, on the uncovered part of a tooth.
EFFECT: method allows improving blood supply to the flap, accelerating the healing of the operational wound.
