FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in making composite grinding wheel discs (CGD). Method comprizes filling of its structural elements with solid lubricant (SL) and removing excess of SL from disc surface. Before filling preparation, dosing and mixing of SL components is carried out and introduction into the mixture during its preparation of fluorescent powder in an amount equal to volume content in the mixture of SL components . Before filling of each structural element of the grinding wheel disc with the prepared mixture control of uniformity of distribution of components in SL by illumination by UV light is carried out. At uneven distribution of components in SL said mixture is further mixed and controlled.
EFFECT: as a result higher quality of grinding surfaces and reduced labor intensity for manufacturing of CGD is received.
