SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transmission and processing data on cost of radio communication services. Method includes receiving, by means of a device for generating information for recording data on cost of first network, identifier of a second network, which belongs to a mobility management device, wherein first network and second network are different networks; and generating, using a device for generating information for recording data on cost, information for recording data on cost for a user, information for recording data on cost for a user includes an identifier of second network, so that device for setting cost is configured to set costs between networks, between second network, to which belongs mobility management device, and first network, in accordance with information of recording data on setting costs for user, which enables to set cost between networks and between different network operators.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of data processing and transmission.
