FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to the modular volume-modular construction, and can be used in designing factories, mobile enterprises and industries producing finished products in form of large-size modules of high factory readiness, which can subsequently be used for erection of buildings and structures for any purpose (for example, residential, public, administrative, educational and other purposes) and number of storeys (low and high-rise buildings and structures). Method for production of large-sized prefabricated modules for the construction of a building consists in the fact that in the workshop of a house-building plant having at least two levels, with the help of a production control server located therein, reinforcement products, component parts and retrofitting elements preparation lines, reinforcement products, component parts and retrofitting elements inter-level address feeding lines, concrete address supply line from the concrete mixing unit, conveyor process lines (CPL) having robotic manipulators and using moulding pallets circulation carousel technology with automated control system, of large-size ready-made modules warehouse, large-size ready-made modules of residential premises, common use premises and/or non-residential premises are manufactured. At first level, CPL is used for making flat articles (CPL 1), CPL for large modules assembly (CPL 2), CPL for retrofitting of assembled large modules (CPL 3), CPL for forming large-size finished modules with finishing (CPL 4), said line for address concrete supply. Lines for preparation of reinforcement products, component parts and retrofitting elements are used at the second level. Pallets are lubricated at the beginning of the path of CPL 1. Further, on the path of pallets to CPL 1, the formwork is installed on each pallet. From the second level, using the line of inter-level address supply of reinforcement products, reinforcing products are supplied to CPL 1 and placed into the formwork of each pallet. By means of line of address supply of concrete from concrete mixing unit is fed into formwork with reinforcement articles at least one layer of concrete mixture and flat products are formed. Pallets with flat items are supplied into heat chamber, where preliminary heat treatment of flat items is carried out, after preliminary heat treatment from heat chamber the pallets with flat items are sent for grinding of flat surfaces of flat items. After grinding, pallets with flat articles are returned into heat chamber for final heat treatment of flat articles. Finished flat articles are removed from pallets at the end of CPL 1 path and transferred to the beginning of CPL 1 path. Large-size modules are assembled on CPL 2. At the beginning of the path of CPL 2, the pallets are lubricated, then along the path of the pallets to CPL 2, the formwork is installed on each pallet, the finished flat products are installed into the formwork of each pallet using manipulators. From the second level, by means of the line of inter-level address supply of reinforcement products, reinforcement products are supplied to CPL 2 and placed into the formwork of each pallet. Concrete mix is fed from concrete mixer into formworks with reinforcing articles and vertical finished flat articles and base plate is formed. Pallets with assembled large-size modules are moved to the end of the path of CPL 2; at that, during movement, base plates of each large-size module are heated. At the end of CPL 2 path, large-size modules are removed from pallets, they are moved to CPL 3, and pallets are moved to the beginning of CPL 2 path. At CPL 3 on pallets, performing the assembled large-size modules retrofitting by moving, using the inter-level address feeding line of the retrofitting elements from the retrofitting elements preparation line into the ready-made plumbing cabins and/or ready-made partitions, and/or the facade systems elements, and/or the finished facade elements large-sized modules. Large-sized modules are moved from CPL 3 to CPL 4, where large-sized finished modules are formed on pallets by address feeding of component parts from the component preparation line using the line of inter-level address supply of component parts to large-size modules and final finishing, including internal and external finishing, installation of utilities, formation of noise and heat insulation. At the end of the path of CPL 4, removing the large-size ready-made modules from pallets, the pallets are moved to the beginning of the path of CPL 4, and the large-size ready-made modules are moved to the storage of large-size ready-made modules. Production control server has a technological process monitoring and control device and is connected to the reinforcement products, component parts and retrofitting elements preparation lines, lines of inter-level address supply of reinforcement products, component parts and retrofitting elements, a line of address concrete supply from concrete mixing unit, as well as all CPL. Production control server has a database which stores information on the complete process cycle for production of large-size prefabricated modules.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of creating various types of large-sized ready-made modules of high quality and on time for the subsequent construction of a building of any purpose with a speed of erection in a time significantly reduced during construction using existing methods with maximum prefabrication.
