FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abrasive processing and can be used in making non grinding wheel, intended for cutting and grinding of forming wheel. Grinding wheel comprises a base consisting of support plate with central hole for installation on the shaft and annular clamping plates connected by means of bolts, installed in bearing bushes between said plates. There is an abrasive ring secured between plates of the base, installed so that an annular channel for coolant inlet and annular cavity for filling with coolant, connected with outer surface of abrasive ring holes for discharge of cooling agent.

EFFECT: reduced deformation of the grinding wheel and higher efficiency and quality of preform surface treatment.
