FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the method of making a plate heat exchanger containing flow channels for the first and the second flows. Flow channels for the first medium are formed between the individual plates (1) interconnected to form a pair (P) of plates in each case, and for the second medium – between the pairs (P) of plates interconnected to form a stack (S) of plates. For the efficient production of plates with counter flow, as well as plates with cross flow, in one processing plant the present invention makes a proposal to make individual plates (1) in each case of a raw blank plate; first of all, the working tool is converted by means of the press mold interchangeable elements for making plates with cross flow or plates with counter flow, and then the blank plate is pressed with the converted tool to obtain the plate with cross flow or a plate with counter flow, to make appropriate faces (12) and/or contact surfaces (13), as well as cross-sections (Z1, Z2, A1, A2) of inflow and outflow.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of making plate heat exchanger.
