Computer-implemented method of determining recommendations on boluses, taking into account several events, relating to body status, involves obtaining of request of recommendations on insulin by boluses calculator, containing blood glucose concentration measurement result, output of tips by boluses calculator to user in form of selection screen, concerning body status event to input one or more events, relating to body status, associated with request of recommendations on insulin, obtaining of features by boluses calculator for two or more events, relating to body status, associated with request of recommendations on insulin, carried out on selection screen, concerning body status event in response to output of user tip, output of tips by boluses calculator to user in form of screen correction of value, concerning body status, for input of values representing combined effect to body status of events on recommendation on insulin for patient, performed when determining that request of recommendations on insulin is related to two or more events, concerning body status, obtaining of value by boluses calculator, input by user on said correction screen in response to corresponding user tip, and calculating by boluses calculator of recommendations on insulin, partially based on value, input by user. Portable device for control of diabetes is disclosed.

EFFECT: task of recommendations, based on patient concentration of glucose and events of patient's status is solved.
