FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to surgery. Unfolding device for implantation of selected amount of thread inside tissue comprises catheter, made with possibility to direct so, that its far end can be located inside implantation site, thread with proximal part and distal part, suture needle, which has near end and far end, suture needle can be turning thus twisting distal part of said thread into twisted far part, placed distal in relation to said far end of said suture needle; suture needle can move foreward and backward for laying of said twisted far part of said thread in implantation site.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to increase volume of sphincters in incontinence, restore intervertebral discs.
