FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has tube to be introduced into the small intestine through the stomach. The tube has open proximal and distal end and has the property to twist itself in spiral at proximal end segment of given length. Guiding member is movably mounted in the tube in its proximal end to make the above mentioned segment straight when introducing the catheter into the stomach. The tube has hairy rough non-glossy corrugated external surface 16 or surface with protrusions at least in the mentioned segment. EFFECT: enabled spontaneous catheter traveling without administering stimulating preparations; improved conditions for retaining catheter in required safe position. 8 cl, 4 dwg
