FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: connection plate is installed on device post upper surface. Device for removal of welding tip from gun shank end comprises main housing, installed in its base cylinder and tip removal unit arranged with possibility of sliding movement within main housing. Tip setting device housing is mounted on connection plate upper surface. One end of tip transfer unit is aligned with housing bottom, and other end is aligned with connection plate upper surface. Tip fixation unit is aligned with one side of tip transfer unit. On housing upper surface hole is made for introduction of tips from their arrangement unit. Tips storing unit is located by their feeding device housing height. Rotary lever ensures opening and closing of hole in housing base for connection with tips storage unit.
EFFECT: present invention can be used for replacement of spot welding gun welding tips.
