SUBSTANCE: to reduce the consumption of disinfecting chemicals and energy, but nonetheless preserve optimum result of final rinse in accordance with invention, it is provided that liquid to final rinse which is sprayed into zone (13.1) of final rinse, is dosed disinfectant chemical reagent, and is provided, at least one additional area (13.2) of final rinse, which is located downstream of zone (13.1) of final rinse and is designed for spraying fresh water without disinfectant chemical reagent on dishware being washed. Said at least one additional zone (13.2) of final rinsing has corresponding device (22.2) for collection, intended for collection of liquid, which is sprayed in additional zone (13.2) of final rinsing. Furthermore, there is a system of liquid movement, wherein there is possibility of supply of fluid accumulated in device (22.2) for collection, directly in zone (10, 11.1, 11.2, 11.3) of washing through said fluid movement system.

EFFECT: disclosed is a conveyor dishwasher (1) having at least one wash zone and at least a final rinsing and having a conveying device (2), one zone for moving washed dishes through at least one wash zone and at least one final rinse zone.
