SUBSTANCE: wave multiplexer (100) is connected to one or more fibre-optic lines systems and with one or more optical transceivers systems and located between fibre-optic lines and optical transceivers (21-23), to input and output optical signals. Device is equipped with first optical switches (12a-12c), which output input optical signal from fibre-optic line into optical transceiver, second optical switches (12d-12f), which output input optical signal from optical transceiver into fibre-optic line, and circular verification local optical circuit (13), which transmits by feedback channel and outputs input optical signal from optical transceiver into this optical transceiver.

EFFECT: technical result is enabling possibility of faulty section identification.
