FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal working and can be used, for example, in finishing treatment of a gas turbine engine blades. Method involves removing by treatment using adapted tool (20) the allowance of processed zone (8), herewith to determine the end position of the tool during processing performed is digital modelling of theoretical profile surface (11) in the form of mesh (13) and modeling of position of each point (P) of contact between the part and tool (20) during the processing, measured is by probing the part for each node Ni located outside outer border (12) of treated zone (8) a deviation (delta Ni) between node Ni position on initial surface (10) and the calculated node position on theoretical profile surface (11), by corresponding calculations determined is the deviation (delta P) required to be added to each point P for achieving in it a contact between the part and tool (20) relative to the processing machine coordinate system.
EFFECT: proposed is a method of metal working.
