FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: blade profile is determined by the digital theoretical model. The workpiece is prepared with an outsize along the back edge of the blade relative to the theoretical profile and the mentioned outsize is removed by adaptive mechanical treatment, including positioning the workpiece in the reference machine coordinate system, sounding the position coordinates of the given points (Ni) on the first side of the workpiece along its back edge, determining position deviation (delta Ni) of the given points (Ni) from their positions specified by the theoretical model, splitting the workpiece side into the treatment cells. The vertices of the cells are determined on the basis of the positions of the mentioned points (Ni), determining the amount of the workpiece material taken from the cell surface relative to their vertices and taking into account the mentioned position deviations (delta Ni) and blade treatment.
EFFECT: invention use allows to improve the accuracy of the blade production.
