FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in machining gas turbine engine blades on numerically controlled multiaxes milling machines. Method comprises assigning to blade revolving about its axis and processing of feather by transverse tracks with spherical working surface cutter, which is assigned with rotation and interpolated axial movement. For each track and blade angle of rotation blade cross-sections axial and polar moments of inertia are preliminary calculated, then, determining maximum permissible value of milling force component, by which mill circular feed is calculated, based on which blade rotation speed during processing is set, calculating cutter axis interpolated turn angle from normal to blade cross-section profile points relative to axis, perpendicular to cutter axis and passing through center of its spherical working surface, and cutter rotation speed corresponding to said turn under condition to ensure feather preset surface roughness and milling speed.
EFFECT: increasing processing efficiency and processing quality.
