FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in processing profile of blade of rotor blades by end mills on milling machines with computer numerical control (CNC). Proposed method comprises machining by end toroid mill displaced equidistantly to machined surface along smooth trajectory. Billets are fixed in single bearing, rough and semi-finished processing is performed with alternation of processing zones. During treatment the end zone on the upper surface of the blade, the end zone on the lower surface of the blade, the middle zone on the lower surface of the blade, a middle zone on the upper surface of the blade, a near-zone zone on the upper surface of the blade, a near-zone zone on the lower surface of the blade, finishing and finishing with the help of a damper.
EFFECT: use of single-support multi-position fixation of low-booster blades of rotors has allowed to reduce preparatory-final works on installation and location of parts, and also to exclude from operation process of stabilizing heat treatment.
