FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to phase microscopy and concerns diffraction phase-contrast microscope. Microscope includes two light sources with different wavelengths, microlens, draw-tube lens, diffraction grating for transmission, diffraction phase module first and second lenses, spatial filter with openings for 1st and 0 order diffraction passage, dividing cube, spectral filters and photodetectors array. Dividing cube is placed between microlens and draw-tube lens. Diffraction grating plane coincides with draw-tube lens back focal plane and phase module first lens front focal plane. Spatial filter is installed in phase module first lens back focal plane. Spatial filter opening for 1-st diffraction order is made with possibility of light transmission from both radiation sources. Maxima of spectral filters transmission coefficients for two groups of photodetector pixels coincide with first and second radiation sources wavelengths.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing possibility of two-channel measurements performing.
