FIELD: safety devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to masking and protective materials and can be used for concealing of military and civil objects in thermal and radar wavelength ranges, as well as for sewing masking and protective clothes, covers, production of screens, application as a coating on devices housings, etc. which protect and/or conceal at least in radar and/or thermal wavelength ranges. Masking material, containing one or more electromagnetic radiation reducing reflection in the radar wavelength range of substances, having at least one layer, at that one or more reducing reflection of electromagnetic radiation in the radar wavelength range of substances is structurally made in the form of small-size particles, combined into the larger sets (accumulations), at that said sets have as substance absorbing magnetic component of radar radiation, and substance absorbing electrical component of radar radiation, either in the form of fragments, on which coarse aggregates (monolithic areas of the material) are performed, and value characterizing the capacity to reflect electromagnetic radiation in the radar wavelength range, primarily, increases from one surface of the material to the opposite surface of the material, including, but not exclusively, with full or partial distribution reducing reflection of electromagnetic radiation in the radar wavelength range of substance on the thickness (volume) of the material; at that, including, but not exclusively, the material can also contain one or more reducing radiation material in thermal wavelength range of substances, and/or substances, coloring in the optical wavelength range, and/or substances, having other masking and/or protective properties, including, but not exclusively, being simultaneously reducing reflection of electromagnetic radiation in the radar wavelength range of substances.
EFFECT: technic result of the device is in increase of efficiency of flat, including applied in the form as a coating, close to flat or three-dimensional, including having raised outer surface, masking and protective materials.
