FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, namely to isolate the gas coming from the gas cap into the oil part of oil and gas deposit, in particular in the interval of perforation of the oil producing well. Method involves well killing. Downhole equipment is removed. Radial bottom hole assembly is lowered. Lowering of the assembly is performed to depth equal to location of the gas-oil contact. Drilling of radial channels from the capital string. This drilling is carried out at the level of the gas-oil contact on the radius with a length of greater than the radius of the gas cone, directed into the oil deposit. Radial bottom hole assembly is extracted from the well. Flexible pipe is lowered into te well. Insulating composition is pumped through this pipe in following proportions, wt%: microdur U – 48.5–49.2; polyfunctional modifier PFM-ISO – 0.8–1.5; superplasticiser F-10 –1.5; water – the rest. Additional perforation of the capital string is carried out below the gas insulating screen, radial channels before the injection of the insulating composition are not cased and provide the possibility of spreading of the insulating composition at near channel areas for obtaining screen with a given thickness. Insulating composition is made up using cement mortar. Well is left for the wait state for cement solidification. Then the well is developed and brought out on the operating mode.

EFFECT: improving the efficiency of the method due to the possibility of creating gas insulating screen with required dimensions as well as strength and durability, providing a reliable insulation of gas.
