FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical devices. Intraocularly implanted device for accommodation of eye comprises an electric part, mechanical unit for changing an optical power of the eye and intraocular lens. Electrical part comprises two recording electrodes, one ends of which are placed in the ciliary sulcus between the fibers of the ciliary muscle, while opposite ends of recording electrodes are connected to electric signal amplifier; power supply is connected in parallel to the electric signal amplifier; two transmitting electrodes, one ends of which are connected to the electric signal amplifier, and the opposite ends are connected with the mechanical unit for changing an optical power of the eye to transmit to it an electrical signal from the recording electrodes. Mechanical unit for changing an optical power of the eye is designed to interact with intraocular lens in response to the electrical signal from the transmitting electrodes for measuring optical power.
EFFECT: use of the present invention will improve the visual acuity at far, near and any intermediate distances.
