SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and represents system and method of projecting images for use in scanner room. Image projection system comprises reflector unit, signal forming unit for generating input signal indicating location of patient, and observation system with camera. Signal is generated, which indicates location of patient in scanner room. Depending on location, set by generated signal, image is projected from image projector on first surface, if signal indicates first location. Image projection from same image projector on second surface is made by redirection of image using reflector unit, if signal indicates second location. Scanner room conditions are changed depending on detected clinic personnel presence, detected by image processing capabilities of observation system with camera.

EFFECT: group of inventions improves patient's comfort in scanner room due to usage of observation system with camera, image processing for detecting presence of clinic personnel and changing conditions of scanner room depending on detected presence of personnel.
