SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used to calculate the plan of a surgical operation. Accept data on the patient's body surface (S1). Next, take the data about the planned surgery (S2), which include data representing the target object. Image of the surface of the patient’s body is created based on the received data on the patient’s body surface (S3). Surgical method is selected from a plurality of parameterized surgical methods stored in a database of surgical methods (S4). Adapt the geometric parameters of the surgical plan based on: 1) the selected surgical method, 2) the data of the planned surgical operation, and 3) the surface image. Adapted surgery plan is calculated (S5). User is shown an adapted surgery plan (S6). Transfer the adapted surgical plan to the surface of the patient's body by marking, using a marker, made with the possibility of its remote activation, to identify where it is necessary to make incisions in accordance with the adapted plan of the surgical operation. Marker is activated when its position on the patient's body surface corresponds to the planned incision line of the adapted plan of the surgical operation. To accomplish the above, computer-readable media and device are used. Device contains a receiving unit, a computing unit, a display device, an interface, a database of surgical methods, a control unit and a marker made with the possibility of its remote activation.

EFFECT: method provides improved preoperative planning of surgical operations using a computer, increasing the accuracy of transfer of an adapted plan of a surgical operation on a patient’s body by automatically analyzing the geometric constraints of an adapted plan of surgical operations, virtual projection and drawing in the form of a drawing on the patient’s skin using remote activation of the marker.
