FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a molded under pressure preform to produce polymer containers and to a polymer container. Molded under pressure preform for production of polymer containers has an elongated preform case, one longitudinal end of which is made closed, and which with its opposite longitudinal end is adjacent to a section of the neck equipped with a discharge opening, on external walls of which there are fasteners to fix the closing part with geometrical closure equipped with mating engagement means. Section of the neck has at least one bottleneck passing along the perimeter in at least some areas, which wall thickness (t) is from 0.4 to 0.8 mm. Molded polymer material in at least one narrow place is in a highly-oriented, obtained during molding at least partially crystalline state.
EFFECT: invention provides higher quality of finished articles using the said preform.
