Images processing device, containing filtration module, made with possibility to use filter with high intensity of filtration to adjacent pixels, adjoining units boundary within decoded image, generated in process of decoding; and controller, made with possibility of filtration module control so, that to apply limiting process using high filtration intensity filter limitation value to high filtration intensity filter, exceeding low filtration intensity filter limiting value.

EFFECT: technical result is providing higher efficiency of filtration on boundaries between blocks of pixels.
